Check in time is at 2pm, check out is at noon. If you want to check in before or check out after the established hours there will be a 5% charge per hour.

There’re laundry facilities ($5, soap included)
Tenant's guests who use the facilities (BBQ, toilets, changing rooms, pool area, basketball court, etc) must pay extra ₵ 3,000 per person.
The tenant is responsible for them.
